Integrity Management
JADARD regards integrity in business operations as a fundamental pillar of sustainable development. The Company continuously strengthens its integrity governance mechanisms, strictly adheres to professional ethics, and works to prevent corruption, bribery, and various forms of commercial misconduct. To implement these requirements, the Company has
established and enforced the Anti-commercial Bribery Policy of JADARD, which clearly defines the responsibilities and obligations of relevant parties, as well as disciplinary measures for violations, serving as a key guideline for employees to uphold integrity in their professional conduct. The Company has also established an Anti-Commercial Bribery Supervision and Management Team responsible for coordinating, supervising, and implementing integrity-related initiatives. The team provides guidance and support to all departments, receives and investigates suspected violations of integrity standards, and proposes corresponding actions, thereby continuously strengthening integrity governance and internal control mechanisms.
