On October 24, 2024, the 2024 Listed Company High-Quality Development Forum and the 26th Golden Bull Awards Ceremony, hosted by the China Securities Journal and the People's Government of Nantong and in full strategic cooperation with Beijing Fund Town, was held in Nantong, Jiangsu. During the event, the highly anticipated Golden Bull Awards list for listed companies was officially announced. Due to its outstanding performance in technological innovation and growth capability, JADARD TECHNOLOGY INC.(hereinafter referred to as 'JADARD') (688252) was honored with the 'New Quality Enterprise Golden Bull Award.'

The Listed Companies Golden Bull Award is a prestigious financial brand developed by China Securities Journal and is the most influential awards in China's capital market. Since China Securities Journal launched the inaugural 'Top 50 Most Promising Listed Companies in China' selection in July 1999, the Listed Companies Golden Bull Awards have reached their 26th edition.

The 'New Quality Enterprise Golden Bull Award' is a newly established category this time. The award evaluates 16 key indicators across six areas: enterprise scale,profitability, debt repayment ability, asset management ability, growth ability, and innovation ability. Based on comprehensive scores, 45 technology companies were selected for recognition. Winning this award fully reflects the capital market's high recognition of JADARD 's achievements in technological innovation, specialization, governance level, and brand image.

Since its establishment, JADARD has been deeply focused on the research, design, and sales of integrated single-chip solutions in the field of mobile smart terminals.
